Productive Colorado cattle ranches that provide a good return on investment are a difficult find in today’s real estate market. In particular, organic cattle ranches are extremely hard to find. Hay, grain, and feed production

820 acres of the ranch are under center pivots for excellent hay production. Some of these pivots can be certified organic for organic hay and grain production.

I have personally toured this ranch three times and I come away more impressed every time. After giving it much thought, I think the best avenue for this ranch is to provide a self-contained method of raising completely organic beef. It’s difficult to find a ranch that can provide abundant pasture, water, and feed production to grow organic cattle. This ranch is a great candidate for organic beef production.
